Experiential Event Design & Fabrication Studio

Makers of Beauty.
Designers of Wonder.

Little Flower Moments is a Las Vegas experiential event design and fabrication studio. We design and build custom installations, Pretty Big Flowers™, and full event environments for corporate events, brand activations, and weddings. We create the gatherings and celebrations where guests walk away saying, "That was so them." The only question is how much of the room you want us to fill.

Made with intention. Filled with wonder. ♡

Custom installations and environments that do more than look aesthetic.
They tell your story.

Pretty Has Gotten Pretty Boring

LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR STORY  >

Hello, I'm Rochelle Mae, founder and creative director of Little Flower Moments. My background is in corporate events marketing, but I've been an artist, creating things for as long as I remember. I came to this work through a winding path: a career in events at Caesars Entertainment, a pandemic that cleared the board, a baby, and the stubborn conviction that beauty should be meaningful.

Alongside me is my husband, Dominique, our Director of Production and Master Fabricator. While I design the vision, Dom builds it. He is a USMC Veteran with a background as an aircraft mechanic, and that standard of precision is what he brings to every custom piece we create. We are the creative vision and the hands that make it real.

We work with a deliberate number of clients each year. Every event we take on deserves our full attention, from the first conversation about who you are to the final installation and beyond.

Because the most meaningful events are not just beautifully designed. They are built from who you actually are.

Maker. Designer. Storyteller.

I've always been one that liked being in the background. From there, I noticed how spaces felt and observed how the people in them felt. That instinct became a studio.

The Studio

Every gathering has a story worth telling.
We design and build the environment that tells it.

Whether you’re planning an elevated wedding, a brand activation, a nonprofit gala, or a milestone celebration — and whether you’re looking for a complete creative partnership, a single custom commission, one of our handcrafted signature pieces, or a distinctive rental prop — everything we design and build is made with intention and care.

How We Work together

We accept a deliberate number of projects each year — and every one receives our complete creative attention.

Some events are beautifully decorated. Others are fully inhabited. The Plena Experience is for clients who want the latter: a complete environment designed and built by LFM where every element guests see, feel, and move through is part of one cohesive story. One studio responsible for all of it. From first concept to final installation.

Working with a planner? LFM partners alongside planners on Plena projects. We build the environment, they shepherd the day. One creative vision, no handoffs.

Step into wonder.

Every Studio Commission is built once, for one event. This one would be built for yours.

The Studio  Commission

There is a version of your event that only exists in your imagination right now. A Studio Commission is how that gets built. Custom fabrication of one piece or several, each designed around your unique story, built in our studio, and installed by the hands that made it. Something that simply did not exist before you asked for it, and we'll happily bring that to light.

Designed around your story.
Built by our hands.

CUSTOM DESIGN & FABRICATION

Made to order means made once. Just for you.

The Signature Line

Each piece in the Signature Line has a defined form and an open canvas. The structure is ours — developed and refined across years of events. What you bring is the story: your color palette, your details, the moments that matter. Made to order for your event, and only your event.

Signature Pieces:
The Celebration Wall · Mirror Seating Chart ·  Magazine Box · Pretty Big Flowers™

The structure is ours. The story is yours.

Made to order

Each piece has been to a party or two. They're very good at them.

The LFM Collection

The LFM Collection is our curated inventory of distinctive rental pieces — each one photographed, named, and maintained between events. From our signature Pretty Big Flowers™ arrangements to the Hobbit door, the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, and the hand-painted coffee and latte cups, these are pieces with personality that you won’t find in a standard rental catalogue.

Pieces with personality. Ready for your event.

CURATED RENTAL INVENTORY

Our approach to design is inspired by St. Thérèse of Lisieux — known as The Little Flower — whose spirituality, called The Little Way, teaches that holiness is not found in grand heroic deeds, but in the most ordinary moments, surrendered to God with childlike trust and love.

"The brilliance of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not lessen the perfume of the violet or the sweet simplicity of the daisy." Every flower is beautiful not by becoming something else, but by being fully, completely itself.

We believe the same is true of every gathering.

The most meaningful celebrations are not defined by how they compare to others. They are defined by how completely they reflect the people at the heart of them. The details that carry a story. The quiet touches that only the right people will notice. The moment of beauty that stills a room and, for just a breath, points toward something greater.

At Little Flower Moments, we design with this conviction: that love makes even the quietest detail holy. That joy lives not in the grandeur of what surrounds us, but in the care and intention woven into every element of the experience.

Nothing we create exists simply to be beautiful. It exists to be felt.

And in that way, every gathering becomes a collection of little flower moments.

(And no — we are not florists. Though we do love a good oversized paper bloom.)

The Little Way of Gatherings

The heart behind the work

01

Marissa H. // Daughter's cultural milestone celebration at a private residence

It wasn't just decoration — it was a love letter to where she comes from. Guests may not have caught every detail, but they FELT it. You didn't just design a space — you honored her. This is the kind of work that stays with a family forever.

02

Simon T. // Cultural diaconate ordination at Our Lady of La Vang

Trust Little Flower Moments to take care of everything. They recently took care of decorating for my ordination celebration as a deacon, which not only was a special day for my family, but also my entire church community, and they incorporated every request and included the personal details that made their decorations not only beautiful, but meaningful and sentimental for me, making my celebration so beautiful and special.

03

Naomilani N. // Winter wedding reception at The Grove

I was so incredibly close to just not having them [seating chart and welcome sign] at my wedding — and I am so glad I found them. This was quite literally the ONLY thing I was not stressed about during wedding planning. I knew I was in great hands.

Every kind word we receive confirms what we already believe: that beauty built with intention stays with people.
That a room designed with care can live in a memory long after the celebration ends.

KIND WORDS

What Makes Us Different

01 We start with your story, not the trends.
Most designers start with what looks good. We start with who you are: the details about your story, your people, and your values that most people wouldn't think to put in a room. The design comes after. The story always comes first.

02 The quiet details are the most intentional of all.
Nothing in a Little Flower Moments event exists to fill space. Every element serves the story, including the quiet touches woven in for the people who know to look. The hidden details that make a guest stop and realize everything perfectly mirrors you.

03 Pretty Big Flowers™ ignite wonder the moment guests walk in.
Scale does something to a person that a standard arrangement cannot. When something is larger than life and beautiful, it stops you. It makes you feel, even without knowing why, that there is something worth celebrating here.

04 We treat every client like a person, not a project.
We understand tradition, heritage, and faith in celebration, and we design with the conviction that beauty, created with love, has the power to move people.

05 Our work is built to outlast the night it was made for.
A fabricated piece carries a weight that a sourced piece never will. What we make for your event isn't just built for the room — it is built to stay with the people in it. The installation becomes a photograph. The photograph becomes a memory. The memory stays with a family forever. (Amazon and Hobby Lobby could never.)

We're just built different.

If you're ready to build something that goes beyond beautiful — something designed from who you are and made to stay with the people you love — we'd like to hear about it.

We work with a deliberate number of clients each year. Whether a full environment or a single custom piece, every project receives our complete creative attention from first conversation to final installation.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Designing events throughout California, Utah, and Arizona, with destination work available upon inquiry.
